Job summary
Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Lettings Negotiator. You will liaise with prospective tenants, arrange viewings and negotiate tenancies, while building strong landlord/tenant relationships.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence required for a manual vehicle.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Team-oriented with initiative and reliability.
- Good telephone manner and IT literacy (basic MS Office).
- Understanding of residential lettings legislation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies with landlords.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Market properties to tenants using various channels.
- Generate new and repeat business; canvassing and local area outreach.
- Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
