Job summary

Slater Hogg & Howison in East Kilbride is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy residential lettings team. With an OTE of £30,000, industry-leading training, and a supportive culture, you’ll have a clear path to a rewarding career.

What you’ll do: generate valuations, qualify and service applicants, carry out property viewings, negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange and completion, and administer tenancies with support.

Qualifications

• Prior lettings or estate agency experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to generate business in a target-driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.

What We’re Looking For:
