Role Overview: As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in matching clients with properties that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include marketing properties on various platforms, managing inquiries, conducting viewings, and negotiating terms to finalize deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Market properties effectively across social media and property platforms.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide detailed property information.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential tenants.
• Negotiate tenancy terms to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the London rental market and property legislation.
