Role Overview

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in one of our 5 offices around Birmingham. The role offers a standard workweek of 08:45 am – 17:30 pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 am – 16:00 pm with a day off in lieu in return. The salary range is £22,500 – £28,000 depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT / HTML and complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
• Be commercially aware of opportunities to win new business.
