Job summary

A leading letting agency in Stoke Gifford is seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their residential lettings team. This role involves generating property valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating agreements, and guiding lettings through to exchange and completion. We're looking for an experienced sales-oriented individual with excellent customer care skills and a full UK driving license. Your Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, You’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must hold a Full UK driving license.
