What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Managing tenant enquiries and arranging property viewings
• Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
• Negotiating tenancy terms and securing successful lets
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Providing outstanding customer service and communication at all stages
• Assisting with marketing and promoting available properties
• Supporting the lettings team in achieving targets and business growth

• Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident, well‑presented, and highly organised
