Job summary

A leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency in the UK is looking for a Lettings Inventory Clerk. The successful candidate will carry out inventory inspections and check-ins/outs, ensuring accurate reporting and building relationships with tenants. Candidates should have proven administrative experience and excellent data entry skills. This full-time role offers benefits including a company car and pension, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Lettings Inventory Clerk – Weston Super Mare – 26.5k

My client is a leading independent multi-branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been in the area for over 25 years. Due to continued growth within their Lettings Department they are looking for a Lettings Inventory Clerk to cover the Weston Burnham and Nailsea area carrying out inventories inspections check ins / outs.

Duties
  • Submit comprehensive and accurate reporting on a right-first-time basis
  • Build effective and warm relationships with tenants whilst conducting mid-terms inspections
  • Undertake inventory and check-out services on properties with a keen eye and attention to detail
  • Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work
  • Attend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventorys check ins check outs midterm inspections LRAs
Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within an inventory or office setting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
