Job summary

Ambiris Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Director for Liverpool to lead the lettings operation across multiple offices. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and mentor a senior management team to deliver exceptional service and results. The role requires strong lettings expertise, leadership and a solid understanding of current legislation.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and ARLA qualification is preferred but not essential. Competitive package included.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lettings operation for multiple offices across Liverpool.
• Managing a senior management team to ensure offices operate effectively.
• Increase portfolio through business development strategies.
• Generate weekly/monthly lettings and property management reports.
• Attend director meetings to discuss new business ideas.
