Qualifications

• Team player and good selling/closing skills.
• Ability to liaise with tenants to understand requirements and property matches.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with potential tenants to understand requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure properties are well maintained.
• Undertake property valuations and present services to landlords.
• Be an all-rounder and cover multiple roles in the office.
