Job summary

AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters in London seeks an experienced Lettings executive to join their Kennington & Oval office. Build landlord and tenant relationships, show properties, negotiate tenancy agreements, and drive renewals.

Role requires 1+ year in residential lettings, strong knowledge of London's lettings market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driving licence. Base salary plus car allowance and uncapped commissions offer significant earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential lettings.
• Strong knowledge of the London lettings market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• You must have a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Arrange and carry out property viewings.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress deals through to completion.
• Manage tenancy renewals and portfolio growth.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and property management systems.
