Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team.
• Coaching the team to achieve KPIs.
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance.
