The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a commitment to helping customers find their homes. This is a permanent, full-time role with a mix of office and home working available.
Location: Tewkesbury, GL20 8ND
Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Workstyle: Roaming - a mix of working from home and office
Closing Date: Sunday 30 November 2025
Are you passionate about providing customer service that you’d be delighted to receive yourself? Do you enjoy building relationships and getting to know people? If so, then you belong at Bromford!
Our lettings team manages the effective day-to-day delivery of lettings across the business. As part of the team, you’ll work closely with colleagues and local authorities to ensure fair and timely allocation of properties.
You’ll guide new customers through the lettings process, ensuring that all records are accurate, and follow our policies and procedures. You will ensure the accurate set up of tenancies and completion of relevant pre-tenancy checks, collaborating with our empty homes team to minimise void time. And you’ll maintain and manage property shortlists according to Bromford’s and local authority, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
The caseload is diverse, comprising a mix of straightforward cases and more complex situations, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload every day. While you’ll help us meet key performance goals, the most rewarding part of this role is seeing people and families manage their own homes, where they can build brighter futures and thrive.
By joining Bromford (part of Bromford Flagship), you become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the east, central and south west of England. We have a local approach, all backed by the scale and ambition of the Bromford Flagship Group. Join us to help create communities where people can put down roots, feel secure, and thrive.
You’ll be based in our Tewkesbury office with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required.
Apply by Sunday, 30 November 2025. Interviews will be held at our Shannon Way office, Tewkesbury.
