Job summary

Village Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Leisure Team Leader to act as the operational anchor on the gym and pool floor, coaching Leisure Assistants and ensuring the club looks immaculate. When managers are away, you make decisions, solve problems, and keep our members happy while guiding the team through shifts with strong focus on health and safety and guest satisfaction.

The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance
As our Leisure Team Leader, you are the operational anchor on the floor. You will assist the management team in running the daily shifts, coaching our Leisure Assistants, and ensuring the club looks immaculate. When the managers are out of the building, you are the one making the decisions, solving problems, and keeping our members happy.
