Job summary

Hoburne Ltd is seeking friendly and observant individuals to join our Leisure Reception Team at New Milton. You will help ensure members and visitors enjoy a safe and enjoyable time using our leisure facilities.

The role involves assisting customers, handling enquiries, and maintaining smooth daily operations across the park's reception. Candidates should be able to work variable hours including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and observant individuals preferred.
• Experience in front-facing roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reporting damage and breakages to your supervisor immediately.
• Completing daily paperwork and filing in the correct order.
• Courteously assisting customers at all times.
• Operating a banding system at peak times to control bathers numbers.
• Managing busy periods with one-in, one-out where necessary.
• Contacting customers via email or phone for information.
• Handling customer complaints or inquiries promptly.
• Ensuring the correct Hoburne uniform and PPE are worn on duty.

We are looking for friendly and observant people to ensure all members and customers enjoy a safe and fun time whilst using our leisure facilities. Duties include:

• Reporting all damage and breakages both mechanical and structural to your supervisor immediately
• Ensuring all daily paperwork is completed at the required time and filed in the appropriate order
• Courteously assisting customers to the best of your ability at all times
• Operating a ‘banding’ system at peak times to control the numbers of bathers
• Controlling busy periods with one in one out system where necessary
• Contacting customers via email or phone for any information required
• Ensuring all customer complaints or enquires are dealt with promptly
• Ensuring that the correct Company uniform is always worn when on duty and that PPE is worn when necessary.

Candidates must be able to work variable hours including weekends and Bank Holidays.
