Job description

The successful Leisure Manager will

  • Take responsibility for training, safety, and running of the pool.
  • Observe swimmers and spectators continuously.
  • Manage and oversee the leisure team.
  • Perform frequent checks of all areas and take action to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
  • Check plant and conduct pool water tests regularly.
  • Check and record all guest passes.
  • Advise guests on current activity programmes.
  • Record any accidents and administer first aid as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A current NPLQ is essential.
  • Pool Plant and First Aid At Work qualifications would be an advantage.
  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous for travel to and from the resort.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.

We are looking for a Leisure Manager to join our team at Norfolk Woods near King’s Lynn. This is a fixed‑term contract (21 Feb 2026-4 Jan 2027) for 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Competitive salary.
