Job summary

Coaching Inn Group seeks a Leisure Attendant to help run the hotel leisure club, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment of pool and gym facilities. You must be able to swim and will complete Pool Responder training provided by us. A friendly, can-do attitude and good guest service are essential as you assist guests with equipment use.

Shifts run 7.00am–9.30pm with some weekend work; we may consider a full-time role with part-time job-share options to provide flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim and hold Pool Responder qualification (training provided)
• Interest in fitness and knowledge of gym equipment
• Warm, friendly, can-do attitude with strong guest service

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of pool and gym facilities and guest safety.
• Be first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and assisting with equipment.
• Support hotel guests and local members using leisure facilities.
