Qualifications

• Must already be working at Assistant Manager level or higher in a medium to large operation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for leisure and cultural services.

Responsibilities

• Lead on health & safety and facility management of the centre.
• Manage the poolside operation and staff team.
• Part of the Centre Management team contributing to overall direction.
