Benfield Sports Centre, part of NEAT Academy Trust, is seeking a Duty Manager to inspire and lead our team and ensure the smooth running of the centre’s activities. You will assist with overall management and administration of the sport centre and control all aspects of daily operation.

We operate a varied weekly programme, serving thousands of children and adults. Applications close after the specified deadline, with online DBS checks part of pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and managing staff in a leisure or community setting.
• Operational, customer-focused experience in a leisure facility.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and safeguarding within the leisure environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the sports centre team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with overall management, development and administration of the sports centre.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operation and programme delivery, ensuring high service standards.
