Job summary

Center Parcs at Whinfell Forest is seeking a Leisure Bookings Advisor / Activity Host to help guests plan fun and active breaks. You will handle bookings, rent equipment, and support guests with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The role covers evenings and weekends with a guaranteed minimum of 128 hours over 4 weeks, offering team support, training, and a bonus scheme as part of a values-driven environment.

Leisure Bookings Advisor / Activity Host

Whinfell Forest | £12.87 per hour

Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity

You'll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can-do attitude.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
• Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
• Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio
• Host interactive experiences in the Entertainment Hive

Your working hours

• Part-time hours, shifts fall between 8:00am and 11:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 128 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings and alternate weekends
