Job summary

Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is seeking a part‑time Leisure Bookings Advisor to help guests plan and enjoy their breaks. You will handle activity bookings, hire out equipment, and assist guests with enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A positive, team‑oriented attitude and comfort with IT systems are essential.

Leisure Bookings Advisor

Sherwood Forest | £12.87 per hour

Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity

You'll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can‑do attitude.

What you'll be doing

• Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
• Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
• Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio

Your working hours

• Part‑time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am to 10:15pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 or 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays
