Job summary

Summary

Varied hours per week on a casual basis. Leisure Attendants are recruited to cover holiday periods and staff absences at Medina & The Heights Leisure Centres. Candidates need to be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Availability is not guaranteed and candidates may not be contacted immediately.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current qualification in pool lifeguarding from either STA (Swim teachers association) or RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident and outgoing personality with experience in a leisure environment preferred.
