Qualifications

A valid NPLQ certificate is essential, and prior lifeguarding experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence, a collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills.

Work Hours & Benefits

Full‑time, permanent role, 35 hours per week on a shift rota, predominantly early mornings and day shifts with some weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Salary: Under 21 £21,439.60 per annum; 21+ £22,222 per annum (in line with the National Living Wage).
