Job summary

China Fleet Country Club is seeking a Casual Leisure Assistant to join our team on a flexible basis, covering holidays, sickness absence and peak periods as required. The role involves setting up equipment on poolside and dry-side areas, and supporting Gym Instructors to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.

Applicants should hold the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be prepared for a DBS check funded by the business.

Job description

• Shifts will vary between 6.15am and 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday, according to business needs.
