A charitable organisation is seeking a Farm Discovery Programme Officer to lead engaging farm visits for children in Leicestershire. This full-time role requires excellent organisational and communication skills to support the national Farm Discovery programme. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor learning and strong relationship-building abilities. The position is home-based with travel across the region and offers a fixed-term contract with a salary of £30,000 plus travel expenses.
Salary: £30,000 + travel expenses
Hours: Full-time, 35 hrs/week (mix of delivery and programme support)
Contract: 3‑year fixed‑term contract
Base: Home‑based with travel across Leicestershire
