Our client is well-regarded within the water treatment/water hygiene sector and known for delivering outstanding services across the UK. This company is now looking to employ an experienced, hardworking and dedicated Legionella/Water Treatment Administrator/ Coordinator to join their busy office within the Essex area. The successful postholder will ideally have experience/knowledge of the water treatment / legionella sector as well as excellent organisational and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in undertaking administrative tasks including scheduling site staff and works including pre-planned and reactive maintenance. Applications from Romford, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Barking and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience
  • The applicant should have a good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
  • IT literate – including competency using Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in project co-ordinator role beneficial.
Postholder responsibilities
  • Planning and scheduling the Engineers daily workload throughout the country.
  • Collating Legionella Risk assessments.
  • Completing and uploading reports.
  • Liaising with clients and customers on a regular basis.
  • Dealing with internal and external databases.
  • Produce schematic drawings using CAD software.
