Job summary

Zeta Services, part of Complii, is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor/Service Technician to perform water hygiene tasks and risk assessments across client sites in the West London area.

You will carry out testing, sampling and inspections, ensuring compliance with ACOP L8, HSG274, and company procedures. The role includes independent workload management and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Water Hygiene industry.
• ACOP L8 and HSG274 knowledge.
• WMSoc or City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification covering HSG274 Part 2.
• Experience with water sampling, TMV servicing, tank inspections and cleaning.
• Swimming pool sampling and closed system sampling experience.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites with strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out water temperature testing to ACOP L8 requirements and maintain electronic records.
• Complete showerhead cleaning, TMV servicing, water sampling, tank inspections and cleaning.
• Undertake swimming pool sampling and closed system sampling and analysis.
• Prepare Legionella Risk Assessments in line with HSG274 Part 2.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and customer service standards on client sites in West London.
