Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant

Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands

Salary: £24k – £36k + Company Car + Training

Experience Level: Legionella Risk Assessor through to Legionella Consultant

An independent and UKAS accredited Legionella Consultancy is currently recruiting for a professional and polished Legionella Risk Assessor to join their growing team. Successful candidates will be carrying out bespoke Legionella Risk Assessments to Blue-chip clients across the Midlands region. The role would suit Risk Assessors that are technically minded and client focused. Ideally you will from a consultancy background with experience delivering technical finding and findings to clients. However, the client is happy to receive CVs from experienced legionella risk assessor with a good attitude and offer further training.

Due to the nature of the client’s contracts candidate must be flexible and happy to travel within the role. Consideration will be given to those based in or around: Dudley, Walsall, Birmingham, Tamworth, Halesowen, Redditch, Solihull, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Coventry, Burton upon Trent, Stafford, Cannock, Stoke-on-Trent, Leek, Shrewsbury, Telford, Derby, Leicester, Nottingham.

Experience

• Educated to degree level (desirable not essential)
• Industry recognised Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (City & Guilds / WMSoc)
• At a minimum will have on-site experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Ideally experienced working as a Legionella Consultant
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Water Systems and associated Legionella Risk
• Full driving licence

Role Will Encompass

• Carrying out UKAS accredited Legionella Risk Assessments to a variety of clients throughout the U.K and Midlands region
• Collecting data from site and interpreting finding
• Typing up bespoke technical reports with complete water system schematics
• Liaising with the client to identify their needs and working closely with them to outline recommendations and risk assessment reviews
• Liaising with site contacts to ensure all aspects of work have been carried out to the company’s and client’s standard
