A water treatment company is seeking a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor in Cardiff, South Wales. Qualifications

• Must hold the City and Guilds Legionella Risk Assessor qualification or WMS equivalent.
• Extensive experience undertaking risk assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
• Strong working knowledge of the ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking legionella risk assessments on a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Using information from site to produce detailed reports.
• Providing clients with pricing and recommendation on remedial works.
• Monthly temperature monitoring, testing, and water sampling.
• Surveying of water systems and supplies.
• Liaising with clients and building good working relationships.

Profile

Our client is well established within the Legionella/ Water Treatment industry, and strives to deliver high quality work across the South Wales area. Due to rapidly expanding business they are looking for a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor who will hold extensive experience within the Legionella / Water Treatment industry, working on a mixed portfolio of sites undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8. Applications will be considered from: Newport, Bridgend, Pontypridd, Barry, Caerphilly, Cowbridge, Port Talbot.
