• Holding the G3 Unvented is desirable.
• Must have excellent working knowledge of relevant HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Will be able to organise workload efficiently and have excellent communication skills.
• Able to use PDA / Tablet system.

Profile

An LCA accredited Water Hygiene / Legionella Company with a strong presence across the North West are now seeking to recruit a hard working Legionella Remedial Plumber based in and around the Manchester area.

Will ideally have previous experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella Company, carrying out the removal of deadlegs, re‑routing and installing copper and PVC pipework, and TMV servicing. Holding the G3 Unvented certificate would be beneficial to the role but not essential.

The Role

• Carrying out on site fault finding, diagnosing problems, and dealing with any issues in a timely manner.
• Removing deadlegs.
• Installing and rerouting copper and PVC pipework.
• Carrying out TMV servicing and installations.
• Undertaking refurbishments and installations of CWST’s.
• Undertaking checks on plumbing work, signing off work upon completion.
• Ensuring work carried out is following HSG 274 / ACoP L8 Guidelines.
• Carrying out servicing and installing on cylinders if G3 certificate is held.
• Will continue to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
• Using PDA / Tablet systems to produce detailed technical reports for clients.
