Job Title: Legionella Administrator

Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Administrator through to Lead Legionella Administrator

Profile: A progressive and growing Water Treatment / Legionella company who hold a presence across the UK are now seeking to take on an organised and hardworking Legionella Administrator based in and around the Glasgow area. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Legionella industry, carrying out the co-ordination of Risk Assessment / Water Hygiene / Plumbing works, typing up final reports before passing back to clients, ensuring all logbooks are accurate and providing managers with day-to-day support.

Applications will be considered from: East Kilbride, Paisley, Clydebank, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Linlithgow, Livingstone, Lanark, Hamilton, Renfrew.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Excellent administration experience, ideally within the Legionella / Water hygiene industry.
  • Organised with an excellent eye for details.
  • Proficient in using MS Office package and industry relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The Role
  • Undertaking Co-ordination of Water Hygiene / Treatment / Risk Assessment and Plumbing work for clients and booking in all work for site staff.
  • Arranging all travel and accommodation for site staff working away.
  • Using client portals to update and receive data.
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries efficiently and using internal systems to produce detailed and accurate reports.
  • Overseeing a team of administrators, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
