Job Title: Legionella Administrator.
Location: Dudley, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £27k + Training + Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legionella Administrator to join a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company in their West Midlands office. You will be joining a team of hard working and diligent administrators. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in logging jobs, entering data onto internal systems, co-ordinating project for Commercial, Industrial, Educational, and Public Sector clients and efficiently scheduling a team of engineers. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, West Bromwich, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Solihull, Redditch, Worcester, Ludlow, Bridgenorth, Telford, Cannock.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Will have a proven track record working in an administrative position, ideally within a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Able to communicate efficiently via phone, email, face to face.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise work in line with company / client needs.
  • Excellent IT Skills.
The Role
  • Efficiently co-ordinating water hygiene / legionella projects for a mixed portfolio of clients.
  • Scheduling a team of engineers, arranging accommodation when required.
  • Receiving reports and proofreading prior to sending to clients.
  • Acting as first point of contact for clients.
  • Logging all incoming jobs onto internal systems.
  • Using specific software to create schematic drawings for staff.
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders.
  • Working closely with internal departments.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties including scanning, filing documents, answering / making phone calls, sending emails.
