Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester is seeking a role to scope, build, implement and manage technology-enabled legal solutions, configuring end-to-end platforms for repeatable projects and engaging stakeholders to drive change and improve client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a global law firm or professional services (preferred).
• Strong understanding of legal technology (HighQ, Kira, etc.).
• Process analysis / wire-framing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scope, define and manage significant technical projects.
• Assist in the development and delivery of novel client solutions.
• Customising templated technologies (e.g. HighQ sites, Generative AI reviews, trackers, data visualisation, document automation).
• Assessing and deploying new software.
• Interacting with clients on project design and delivery.
• Working collaboratively with IT, ALS, ILT, Knowledge and Consulting.
