A recruitment agency is seeking a Legal Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support for casework progression. This full-time role in Manchester City Centre offers hybrid working, with a minimum of one day per week in the office. Legal Support Administrator

Location: Manchester City Centre

Hybrid working – minimum 1 day per week in office

Full‑time, 35 hours per week

On‑going temporary contract which could lead to a permanent opportunity

Pay: £13.27 per hour

Office Angels is recruiting for a Legal Support Administrator on behalf of a prestigious client based in Manchester City Centre. This role will initially be a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent. The position requires hybrid working with a minimum of one day in the office per week, although additional days may be required during the training period. After 12 weeks you will be entitled to the weekly equivalent of 38 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Providing admin support to colleagues to aid the progression of casework
  • Preparing case bundles for hearing and managing large volumes of documents
  • Redacting sensitive information from documents
  • Booking meetings, travel and accommodation for legal team colleagues
  • Corresponding with clients by telephone and in writing
  • Creating and updating records on the case management system
  • Contacting third parties to obtain relevant documents and liaising with witnesses regarding hearings and their queries
Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience, ideally with legal and/or case management duties
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Diary management experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative, organised, and able to problem‑solve and think on your feet
