Overview

We\'re looking for an enthusiastic, business support professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional in-person administrative support to our Partners, Fee Earners, and PAs. Based full-time in our Manchester office, you\'ll be part of a collaborative environment with dedicated training and clear opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive document management support (photocopying, scanning, printing, binding)
  • Certify, redact, and convert hard and electronic copy documents
  • Manage workflow and meet strict SLAs and deadlines
  • Oversee file creation, archiving, retrieval, and closure
  • Coordinate mail, courier bookings, and inter-office travel arrangements
  • Deliver general administrative support to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Assist with training team members and support Legal PAs and fee earners with ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
  • At least one year’s experience in a similar fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritise a diverse workload
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document/case management systems
