Job description

Based in our Cambridge or Northampton office and reporting to the Legal Support Manager, we are seeking a proactive, highly organised Administrator with good attention to detail to play a key role in our Real Estate team. This is a pivotal position within our support staff, providing comprehensive administrative and business support to Partners, fee earners and the support team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertaking routine administrative tasks for the team. Manage the full file opening and closing process, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Supporting the archiving process, liaising with the Operations team.
  • Distribution of the post and scanning and photocopying as necessary
  • Assisting with audio digital dictation as and when required.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a professional environment (preferred)
  • Experience in a client-facing role and a professional manner
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Teams, and Zoom
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
