A boutique law firm in London is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in law firms, particularly in areas like Commercial Property and Litigation. This role offers a collaborative environment for professional growth and some remote working options post-probation.
Our client, a respected and close-knit boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive environment where their contribution is truly valued.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm, ideally with knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation, Company/Commercial, or Private Client. You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including managing diaries, organising meetings, handling correspondence, preparing legal documents, and maintaining accurate filing systems. Strong document production skills and excellent attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
An enthusiasm to learn and develop in new areas of law is key, as the firm is keen to support growth and broaden your experience beyond your current expertise. Experience with BigHand audio dictation software would be a distinct advantage. Some remote working will be available after completed probation, however you must be prepared to be in the office as and when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small, collaborative team that values quality work, professionalism, and a genuine work-life balance. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, learn, and make a real impact within a boutique firm, we’d love to hear from you.
