The role involves supporting Fee Earners with diverse tasks, reviewing records, managing medical instructions, and liaising with clients. Candidates with prior legal secretarial experience are preferred. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage medical/treatment instructions and send instructions to Counsel
  • Pay disbursements and draft letters to clients
  • Run retainers and assist our Fee Earners with various tasks
  • Review CCTV and book legal hearings
  • Arrange conferences, manage ledgers (client balances and aged debt), file transfers and provide updates to our clients
Qualifications
  • Previous legal secretarial experience
  • Law degree is not required
