Location: Swindon (Other locations available: Frome | Trowbridge | Malmsbury | Chippenham | Midsomer Norton)

OVERVIEW

Join a well‑established and reputable law firm as a Legal Secretary, providing essential support to fee earners and helping to deliver an efficient client experience. You'll be part of a close‑knit, friendly team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Audio typing and preparing legal documents, letters and forms
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Opening and closing client files in line with compliance procedures
  • Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
  • Assisting with billing, document organisation and general administrative support
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous legal secretarial experience
  • Audio typing skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a supportive, team‑focused environment
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
