A well-respected law firm in Salisbury is looking for a Legal Secretary to support their Private Client Team. The role involves typing legal documents, managing diaries, and client interaction. Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a secretary and be confident in Microsoft Office. This position offers a competitive salary, a yearly bonus, and 31 holidays including Bank Holidays.
We’re working with a well-respected law firm in Salisbury who are on the lookout for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client Team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, working closely with people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Typing up letters, emails, and legal documents (accuracy is key!).
Speaking with clients, both over the phone and face-to-face.
Managing the diary for the solicitor you’ll be supporting.
Helping with general admin and keeping client records up to date.
Photocopying and occasionally using the fax (yes, they still have one!).
Keeping everything well organised, both on paper and on the computer.
Previous experience as a secretary (ideally in law, but not a dealbreaker).
Someone who’s confident with Microsoft Office and good at multitasking.
A calm, professional manner, especially when dealing with sensitive matters.
Great attention to detail and a team player attitude.
Salary: Competitive and based on experience + a Yearly Bonus
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Holidays: 31 days including Bank Holidays (pro rata if part-time)
Pension: You’ll be automatically enrolled in the company scheme
