Overview

Our Law firm client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support a small team of senior professionals within their corporate team. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering flexible hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office). You will be providing key support at partner level. The role will be based in their Milton Keynes office, offering a salary of £31,500 (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities
  • Managing diaries and coordinating meetings for 3–4 senior team members.
  • Handling travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence.
  • Supporting billing processes and administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
