A prominent law firm based in the outskirts of Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary to support their Corporate team. This role involves managing corporate transactions, drafting legal documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Salary ranges between £25,000 and £30,000.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Secretary to join our client's well-established law firm based in the outskirts of Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's busy Corporate team, working on a broad range of company and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client relationships.
Salary is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
