A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support their Corporate team in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will have recent secretarial experience in a Corporate department and excellent organisational skills. Responsibilities include assisting with corporate transactions, managing due diligence, and liaising with clients. This role offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

A fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary has arisen for an experienced Corporate Secretary to join our client s well-established law firm based in the outskirts of Wolverhampton.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm s busy Corporate team, working on a broad range of company and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client relationships.

To be considered for this Legal Secretary role, you ll require the following essentials:
  • Current or recent experience working as a Secretary within in a Corporate or Company Commercial department
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident Page turning large documents and using Track changes
  • Strong audio dictation skills
Within this Legal Secretary position, you ll also be:
  • Assisting fee earners with a variety of corporate transactions and company secretarial work
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation
  • Managing due diligence exercises and data room organisation
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with Companies House filings
  • Liaising with clients, external advisors, and other departments in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support to the Corporate team as required
