A prominent law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Legal Secretary to manage court documents and coordinate tasks within the team. Candidates should have previous secretarial experience and a competent understanding of legal practice. This role involves client interactions and general office administration. Kennedys is looking for a Legal Secretary to join our Birmingham office. The role will include working on court documents, identifying key dates/deadlines, liaising with team to complete client returns and general office admin duties.
Kennedys Healthcare division advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team advise on medical insurance coverage, health law advice, and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews. The team have a presence across our London, Cambridge, Birmingham and some of our global offices.
