  • Liaising with clients, courts, and external contacts.
  • Opening new matters and maintaining accurate electronic records.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
  • Processing fee-earner expenses.
  • Managing workflow to support teams.
  • Building effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Providing cross-practice support as required.

Part-Time Team Secretary

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £30-32,000 pro rata

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 1 day in the office, 2 days from home

About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Team Secretary a leading law firm in Sheffield, the role is providing a high-quality and efficient secretarial service to fee-earners and trainee solicitors. This is a job share position, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Reporting directly to the Secretarial Services Manager, you’ll take ownership of your workload and be proactive in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing general legal correspondence and documentation
