A leading legal firm in Greater London is seeking a Legal Secretary to support fee earners in a collaborative Residential Conveyancing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in a professional services environment, solid IT skills, and a passion for client care. An exciting Legal Secretary opportunity has arisen at the stunning offices of our client, one of the UK's top law firms where you will be providing support to fee earners within the highly collaborative, busy Residential Conveyancing team. Your lynchpin role will be varied with no day being the same, and will encompass taking ownership of processes to ensure various legal secretarial and administrative support tasks are completed on time for a wide range of clients ensuring a high level of service.
I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a Legal Secretary, or Secretary (from within a professional services environment) supporting multiple fee earners / professionals, and who have a background supporting within Residential Conveyancing / estate agency. A passion for empathetic client care and adaptability, along with the ability to prioritise your own workload and solid proofreading, accuracy and IT skills (MS Office) are important for this Legal Secretary opportunity. Experience / knowledge of BigHand or Peppermint would be attractive but isn't essential.
Salary for this position is c. £40,000 to £45,000 (depending on level of experience).
