A legal services provider in the Southampton area is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Wills, Trusts, and Probate department. The role includes managing client files, providing high-quality client care, and preparing legal documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and be confident in using MS Office. This is a full-time, office-based position with a salary of up to £29,000 per annum.

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.

  • Experience in audio typing/dictation.

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy and growing Private Client department, specialising in Wills, Trusts, and Probate. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a supportive, professional team within a well-established firm.

You'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing exceptional administrative and client support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
