Responsibilities
  • Diary management, travel coordination and meeting arrangements
  • Document production, formatting & proofreading to a high standard
  • Managing emails, filing (electronic & paper) and general administrative support
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting with billing, time recording and expenses
  • Supporting colleagues within the wider secretarial team when required
About You
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or PA in a law firm
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident producing accurate documents and correspondence
  • Able to organise and prioritise tasks within a busy workload
  • A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do approach
