Legal Secretary (Part Time)

Permanent, Part Time (3 days per week)

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary who wants to work in a leading and growing law firm?

This multi‑office growing law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary, ideally with experience in the conveyancing sector. You will join a friendly, professional team providing essential administrative and secretarial support.

The Role
  • File management – opening and closing of case files
  • Producing a range of documents (including audio‑typing letters) – high attention to detail required
  • Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, telephone and face‑to‑face
  • Working collaboratively with other Legal Secretaries
Required Skills
  • Highly organised and communicative with previous diary management skills
  • Previous Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant experience, or secretarial support in a property sector
  • Document and case management experience
  • Audio‑typing skills
