Legal Project Analyst – London

Our client is seeking a Legal Project Analyst to join their London team in a newly created role focused on improving legal service delivery, optimising processes, and enhancing cross-team collaboration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and helping lawyers work smarter.

The Role
  • Work with teams across the business to understand needs, identify improvements, and streamline ways of working.
  • Analyse data to provide insights that inform better processes and support project outcomes.
  • Contribute to designing technical and process solutions and support their rollout and adoption.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Support project governance, KPIs, and delivery against milestones.
  • Gather feedback to refine and evolve implemented solutions.
About You
  • Experience in business analysis, change or transformation—ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Confident presenting and influencing stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work well with ambiguity.
  • Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel skills essential. Power BI and process-mapping tools (e.g., Visio) are a plus.
  • Degree (or equivalent).
  • Willing to travel to other UK offices and occasionally within Europe.
