The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Lancaster. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the North's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.

Your Role
  • Full 360‑degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
  • Business development and account management with key clients
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
  • Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process
What You’ll Need
  • Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Resilient and target‑driven approach
  • Knowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)
  • A positive can‑do attitude
